Let the games roll ...
During the last 14 days we had some interesting lessons.

We - the threee founders - found together. You need to know that this is not a case of kindergartenfriendship based founders, but more a case of one founder being aware of the fact that he does need reinforcement, and turns to guys he trusts and works with.

Luckily they agree, and even a viable construct for the guy who handcrafted a first prototype of the project finds his place. All in all a very constructive lesson.

Apart from that i did my own lessons in fund raising. We now look forward to have two "intensive" workshop with our hottest seed financing candidate. This honorable guy said "this idea is so hot, if our investment group does not do it - i will do it on my own" - which, to be honest, makes us a bit proud. At least we cannot be on the totally wrong track heading into the wrong direction.

We got a second promising investor contact that even asked us "ok, what if we want to be the sole investors for this phase?" So either the investors like our idea, or they are all pretty polite.

Anyway, i will believe that we have done a good job in fund raising, when we have settled agreements with them, and money is on the companies account.

We now have some homework to do!

On my personal side i am stuck in a decission. My "current" job became more and more unsatisfying. This might be a result of my "other thoughts" but this started to happen earlier...

My "boss" is somewhat unable to delegate. Even worse he is unable to listen. As a matter of fact he is quite a nice guy, but this does not really make it easier. Strategies "morph", and it is very hard to really do your job according to it.

On the other side there are two companies that really would like to hire me. Funny enough both are "former employers" of me ;-)

So i am stuck in this triangle situation, and will have to digg a way out of it that makes sense!

Wish me luck!

Cheers
